We offer a wide range of services for adolescents and adults. Whether you are struggling with depression or anxiety or you want to strengthen your parenting skills, we can help.

For Adolescents 14-17yrs

and Adults

We understand how life challenges can be difficult to overcome and can cause increased stress, anxiety or depression. While some people suffer temporary periods of anxiety or depression, others may have more lifelong persistent mental illness such as Bipolar or Schizophrenia.

Bright Future offers two different alternatives to receive quality counseling services from a qualified professional to help empower you during those difficult times.

Tele-counseling offers a way to connect to a master's level or licensed therapist from the comfort of your own home or office. All you need is a good internet connection and a computer, tablet or smart phone with video and audio capabilities.

Community counseling is for those individuals who want to receive face-to-face counseling. A therapist will meet with you either at your home or a quiet park if you are currently experiencing homelessness. If you do not have reliable transportation, don't let that prevent you from receiving the treatment you need. We will come to you in the community or at your home.

Both options are completely confidential. So whether you are interested in tele-counseling or community-based counseling, let us help you get on the road to a brighter future.
